Overall Score

Loadbearing expanded cork blocks used as the primary structural and envelope system within the Cork Construction Kit. Manufactured from heat-expanded cork granules bonded by natural suberin, the blocks require no synthetic adhesives and integrate structure, insulation, and internal finish within a monolithic assembly. Components are CNC-machined and connected using timber dowels in a dry-jointed system, enabling simple on-site assembly, reversible construction, and full disassembly without mortar or cementitious binders.
