Overall Score

BC Materials' Earth Block Masonry, part of their Léém product range, is a high performance, circular building material made primarily from excavated earth, comprising of clays, silts, sands and gravels, and natural clay acts as the main binder.

The block delivers an industrial-chic finish, strong thermal mass and improved water, acoustic and fire performance with minimal maintenance. Surfaces can remain raw or be finished with natural lime or breathable mineral coatings for healthy indoor air.

Made with at least 80% secondary materials, the blocks offer excellent dimensional stability with minimal shrinkage or warping. They are 100% reusable and fully documented, with circular-economy credentials and distribution across Belgium and Europe.

With low embodied carbon and high recycled content, the products support LEED, BREEAM and other green-building standards, making it a sustainable choice for modern construction.
