Heritage Portland Stone bricks are produced from Grove Whitbed Portland limestone extracted using underground mining methods on the Isle of Portland. The stone is cut into blocks, sawn, calibrated and finished to meet dimensional and aesthetic requirements for masonry applications. The product is used in heritage, conservation and contemporary architecture for façades, walling and detailing where natural stone appearance and long-term durability are required. Portland stone is inherently robust, weather-resistant and suitable for long service lives exceeding 100 years. Finishes and dimensions can be tailored to project requirements and integrated with conventional masonry systems. The material is entirely mineral, with no chemical additives.
